Beeswax collages

Sorry in advance for the blurry close ups our nikon digi isn't working.So am using our older digi. Having those extra pixles really makes a difference.Can't wait to get it fixed.

I took a class to learn how to do beeswax on canvas. I love how it turned out.Using perfect pearls at the end really brings out the textures.













This is my second one. The smell of melted beeswax in my craft room is really relaxing. The picture I used came in a photo frame that I brought. Because I really liked the picture and frame so much I brought quite a few more to put our old photo's in,(well you never know when you might need them)LOL

To me this picture says it all a mothers love of her child.

I brought these on Tuesday for my girls & yes myself .They are called Zig & Zag
Zag is the dark one

Our dog Missy she is a Gorden Setter x Cattle thinks she is their mother. She was just like that when our chickens were little.

I defintely lost my art to time.(yes the butterfly wings are real).I found it dead on the ground during my walk.So i just had to use them.

Finding the time to do my art was getting harder to do, as i'm a lot busier now with 3 jobs. But following these prompts from Kathryn @ collage diva has really helped me to find the time to do what i really love.

Holiday finds

As promised photo of my finds while on holiday's. Pelican feather,seed pods,the one that looks like grass is in fact a seed pod. Seaweed it was a red colour,sea sponge,shells and smooth pebbles

Boy it's been awhile since i posted

My digi camera wasn't being recognizes when i plugged it into the usb port.So I used my printer to download my photo's.What a pain.

Golden orb spider

The spider web is actually a gold colour the photo just doesn't do it justice. My hubby is so proud of me as i went up as close as i could to get it, as i'm really petrified of them I have added a link for anyone who wants to see them up close Just copy and paste it. If you scroll to the bottom of the page it will show the colour of their egg sacs amazing.
